My z10 isnt responding well since quite few days? I cannot open default blackberry wallpapers...and one thing when I receive a file from Bluetooth it doesnt shows in the file manager. I had to install an app ghost commander to move file in my original file manager

How long has it been since you reloaded the OS?

Have you tried to reload OS using BlackBerry Link on your PC?

No didnt tried that reloaded function and my os version is 10.3.2.2474

First try a hard reboot of device....
Hold power button down for about 20 seconds until red LED flashes and boot logo appears.
If that fails to correct your issues then reload OS with BBLINK on your PC.
Make sure to install the latest BlackBerry desktop software on your PC.

When link is installed connect your phone via USB to your PC.
Wait for device recognition.
Back up your pertinent data, contacts , media etc
Remove your SD card if you have one.
Go to Preferences and Reload Device software.
