    Users have reported that, ever since installing OS 10.3.1.2480, the flickering has stopped. If you only want to install official software updates from your carrier, wait until a software update the appears, and you'll be golden! If you want to try the leak route, which many successfully have, though the process isn't for everyone, CrackBerry is the place to find it.

    PassportSQW100-1/10.3.1.2576 is the latest official in the UK. The flickering went away after I installed 10.3.1.2480. Anything after that and there's no flickering.
