    Before I updated my Z10 with the new update everything was working perfect once I completed the new update I could no longer receive or send text messages, my phone is getting really hot and dying extremely fast. Please help I'm a business man and need my cell to be working and lasting.

    Have you made a backup? If not, try to backup or sync your important info and proceed with an OS reload. Call your carrier for direct assistance btw.
