How to fix my blackberry z10 after update?

My blackberry z10 was being updated and once it finished it said it was going to restart. Since the update i havent been able to access my phone at all, all that happens is the red led flashing. I connected my phone to the computer so i could access it from blackberry link, but the second i plug in my blackberry to the computer, it disconnects its self withing 2 seconds, with or without battery. Is there anyway i can fix it? Ive been trying for ever to use the phone again but it wont turn on even after charging it for hours.

That sounds like a soft bricked device. You are going to have to reload an OS on it.
