    i have been tried to fix it with the BB Loader, but one problem that i see. My BB cant connect with my pc, what must i do? I use usb cable but is not original from the BB product. Must i use the original usb cable so that my BB can connect with my PC?

    My BB product: Blackberry 9900 sim card Axis.

    Using your pc can you install a new device (your 9900)

    What os is your pc running?

    Also, have you got BlackBerry desktop manager installed on your pc?
