    I have all these pictures on my passport bb and I want to put them on my laptop

    If you turn on mass storage first it will look like a hard drive from your SD card, just drag and drop. Settings/ storage and access/ access using USB/. You can also use link. Although I have had trouble making it work all the time. I do have a mac, and found it works better if I open iphoto before I connect using link.
