Hello what device are you using? Have you had Bluetooth connected before? Please explain more detail.

Using a Classis, Bluetooth was synced to a Ford Explorer before the latest update.. Now Bluetooth is totally greyed out, and won't turn on. BB has been rebooted twice

If you go into settings, networks and connections. Can you select Bluetooth there?
Can you erase ALL pairings you had and after a reboot try to pair again.

Welcome to my world. I'm the guy from the other post. I have not taken the nuclear option yet of wiping my phone and stating all over so I can't tell you if that works or not. Give me a do or so and I will keep you posted.

Update on this......after going through, deleting all apps that relate to the Bluetooth, backing up as much as I could to the SD card, and then used Sachesi to re-install new copies of the OS.......still no luck. The slider for the Bluetooth will not stay on. I guess now is the time to decide to completely do a reset and reinstall once more just to see if that fixes it, but I don't have much hope in it. It may be time for a nice, new, Samsung device......even though that is almost the last thing I want to do. The last thing would be to bow to the fruit company.

Do backup, a security wipe and a fresh install. Try to use link. Good luck
