My Blackberry Z10 won't scan my media card. It won't even display any of my files. I've security wiped it twice, and it still doesn't work. Does anyone know a way to fix this?

    Hi,
can you please give us details about your SD card (Brand, size, formatting type) and your OS version ?
Is it a SD card you've used on your Z10 before or "from the outside" ?

Here are some related threads you may want to look at :

    Hope it helps.

It's running the 10.2.1.2976 OS, and I have a 64gb HC micro SD card. Neither the SD card files not show up, nor the device files.

Hey, welcome to the CrackBerry community Tony !

Do you mean you cannot see the files within :
    - Images/video/music apps ?
    and/or
    - using the file manager app ?

and this both for internal and SD storage ?

(excuse me if I nitpick it, but it's not 100% clear to me).

Did you installed a leaked/autoloader OS or only BlackBerry OTA updates ?
As mentioned in one of the thread I gave you in reference, you may want to copy your SD card on another media (say your hard disk) and then format it in your Z10 (and copy the files back on it).
But what you describes let me think there might be another problem as you have issues with internal storage too. One/several file(s) might be corrupted and prevent proper indexing and then ... I guess security wipe may be your unique solution ... but please wait until another contributor confirms/infirms about it, I'm not 100% sure.
Yet, if you don't have data you want to keep (and cannot copy) on your Z10; I'd give it a try.
