How do you contact Blackberry MArketing directly?
I would like to contact Blackberry directly and ask why their marketing program is essentially non-existent. Regardless of carrier, the salespeople go out of their way to sell you a different phone i.e; iPhone or android. They do not have product in store and are unable to demonstrate what they do have. There are no displays. As I understand it AT&T has exclusive on passport but in order to buy it you have to order it sight unseen. This is deplorable and explains to a great deal why Blackberry is losing market share. I recently bought Passport and it AWESOME. Everyhere I go I get positive feedback and amazement. That's a Blackberry? We didn't know they were still in business. Blackberry WAKE UP!!!
