    Because it's setting or anything is not working properly . all i want is just wipe it may be it start working.

    Just go into Security/Privacy, then Security wipe.
    BE SURE you back up/copy all you want to keep, music/vids/images/docs, and copy to PC BEFORE you do the wipe.

    Or just enter password wrong 10 times if so enabled......

    As noted it can take quite a while. DO NOT interrupt it until the wipe is complete!
