I don't think it's been pushed to all countries yet. The feature is there now, but just hasn't been activated yet.

I just upgraded and Paypal is there. In a chat you select the paperclip /attachment) icon and the Paypal icon shows up in the list.
If it's the first time you're running it you will have to associate your BBM with your PayPal account. Takes less than a minute to do.

Once that's done and you chose the Paypal icon in a chat it will tell you one of two things. This contact isn't setup with PayPal would you like to invite him/her to use PayPal in BBM. If they have it setup then a screen pops up where you just enter an amount to send. It also gives the option of which currency to send.

@Byex thank you very much. I cannot complete the upgrade for my Z30 as I just ran out of space. The phone got only 16gb which is just not enough for my professional life. I was hoping that BlackBerry would offer Z50 all touch. I have been looking at Note 5 and I may go for it instead of the crap called Priv

Why don't you get a big media card for your Z30 and never run out of space and of course you can plug in your thumb drives into your Z30. You sound like my sister with her Iphone running out of space.

@Dono54, I already have 64 media card but for some reason only my pictures, music and documents are being saved not the rest of the stuff. Any suggestions?

Apps and app data cannot be saved on media card.
Get a 128G card. You can find good ones at decent prices on amazon.

What phone do you have. In my Z30 I have to scroll down in the attachments menu to see it.. but my boyfriends passport because it's wider he doesn't have to

@Midnightdoom, that is what I thought and that is why I am unable to download upgrade even with the 128gb card. I have a Z30 but I am considering moving to Note 5 all touch unless BlackBerry got something within the next six months all touch
