I tried using an autoloader to get the latest 10.3 OS on my z10, but i ran into the issue where everything was deleted upon restart of the device, i have been reading about a non destructive upload, but i am not really sure how it works, could anyone help me please? i'd appreciate it.

    thanks!

Search for sachesi on forum. You will need to download the latest version of the software. The software will then download the latest on files, they are huge. Once you have that step done install from the sachesi software. It takes a bit of time, and from what I read - leave the phone alone. If something goes wrong the only option I understand is to use an autoloader, meaning data loss. I am no expert, just read a lot on the forum and it is imo very easy.

Sachesi usually works very well for me and I successfully went from 10.2.1 to 10.3 with no issues even though most say if your making a jump like that you should use an autoloader but i think it's probably fine.

Do you need help with Sachesi?
