    I upgraded to the new software 10.3.1.1767 last week and ever since I have had problems. Started with momentary freeze screen when typing to now it automatically rebooting every few hours (sometimes several times in a row). Going insane! Anyone know why? And how to fix? If you have a fix break it down for me in simple steps I am far from a techie. (ref. on Rogers Canada)

    Yes thats os 2558 , maybe you should load the newest one, 2582 its looking pretty good, and you can do it via sachesi which is non destructive.
    there is a tutorial at the first of the thread explaining how to.

    A new 10.3.1784 just dropped. Im on Rogers. I have a STA100-5 unlocked (Shop Blackberry) .

    After you run the update, and run the phone for a while, drop a note to see if the reboot issue was fixed. Hope it works for you.
