    I just signed up for BYO Wireless for my unused 9650
    The phone works, the texting works, but I can�t set up my email.
    When I go to setup my email accounts, the only option it gives is for a Blackberry Enterprise account, and I don�t have one of those.
    When I enter my email address and password into the fields and hit activate I get an activation failed message.
    Please help.

    Don't know much about BYO Wireless....

    You do have a BIS Plan with them? Did you get the "service books" sent to your devices?
