In System Settings/Display I have font size set for my display - when writing emails the font style is a very clear Sans Serif font - on receipt these emails appear as a Serif font (like Times).

Where can I set the font style used in emails?

    Many thanks

There is no way to change the font. Only size and color plus some additional advanced options such as italics, bold etc. When composing an email, tap the fountain pen at the bottom, those options will appear.

    - Equally unsatisfied that I can not change the default font, especially on replies.
    - Do understand that I can change the colour of the font on replies
    - But font style and colour on original emails and replies should be a default option
    - I want my BB emails to look exactly like my Outlook emails
    - This is a reasonable request about professional standards
    - Have relayed annoyance on issue to BB via Twitter. It was noted. No timeline on update.
    - One work-around (but arduous and annoying) is to copy and paste from an email sent from Outlook, which appears in the Hub as a sent email as accounts are synched
