    I lost my Blackberry Z10 phone with software version 10.1.xxxx recently. I had backed up my data a while ago with using blackberry Link. Now I bought another Z10 with software version 10.2.3xxx but i cannot restore my data (contacts, etc,) onto it. I need help please!

    Check to see if you have mass storage data enabled and disable it, then use link to restore old files via from backup.
