    i brought BB 9790 smartphone from my colleague, he forgotten the user name and also password. how to reset to my email id and password. there is no important docs in the mobile. deletion is not a problem.. it should not ask for password. pl advise.

    Punch the wrong one till it wipes. Takes10 tries.

    10 times u need to type the passwords you don't know, it will wipe the phone and make it internally new,
    Now u can create your own BlackBerry I'd and password.
