    You're NOT supposed to replace it yourself....but you can. As for battery, you'll have to search parts retailers to find one - https://www.etradesupply.com/blackbe...0-battery.html

    Had to upgrade my 7yo Bold and didn't find the Keyone to my liking since I loved the trackball. Found a mint Q20 on Amazon.ca for $120 and loved it until I realized the battery needed replacing. Where else but the K-W area would someone go to get something BB. Quick search led me to https://kw-pc.ca/ and the tech there named Adam installed an original BB battery for $50 all included. I watched the video and didn't think my big hands could deal with all those tiny screws!
