    You can't go back to 10.3.2 once on 10.3.3.

    You could always try a clean install with an autoloader.

    Only by receiving the update from your carrier.

    All manual methods require a PC.

    Oh, I see.

    Your specific carrier decides what data limit is allowed for an update over mobile.
