I currently have my cell number blocked so that the people I call do not see my phone number on their caller ID, how do I remove that

You haven't told us which device you're using. If its a BB 10 device, go to Phone > Settings > Show my number, and toggle on "Allow my number to appear while calling".

It probably depends on the phone and OS. But generally, the phone app has settings where that might be changed. Or maybe in the Privacy/Security options.

On my Verizon phone I canNOT block my number. I guess Verizon thinks I have to be identified.
