hi i have blackberry z30 and i put picture password and we have child was playing with that then i lost the 10th times to open it then the phone says that i have to put the blackberry i put my password but it didnt open, please what i have to do?

Just type the word 'blackberry', not your password. In case you are referring to the security wipe procedure?

Besides that, on your 10th incorrect attempt, the phone will reset itself so you will have to set it up from scratch unless you have a latest back-up on Link.
