[CrackBerry Question]

I can't logon to my Z30. I updated to 10.3.1 over the air last week. Everything was normal, until today.

I picked-up my phone to check a few thing while waiting in line at a restaurant then put it back into mu pocket.

Took it 5 minutes later and the screen was locked with the mention "incorrect password 6/10". No matter what I enter, it fails and stays at 6/10. Reboot has no effect.

The keyboard has also changed, it used to be the dial pad, now it's the full qwerty keyboard and I don't see how I can change it back.

Any suggestion?

Right now it should be asking to type in "BlackBerry", is it not. For obvious reasons it can't use Simple Password when looking for character input.

I just moved from iPhone to Blackberry 6 months ago, and I am surprised by the quality of the platform.
