[CrackBerry Question]

My Z30 battery got drained overnight, after the OS upgrade, I have since tried many solutions, but non has worked yet to restore the screen function, as the screen has been blank but I do hear notifications and also see active light

I read here recently that you might want to try this:

plug in micro usb. then hold up/down volume buttons till phone shuts off or you see the whilte "blackberry" letters as per normal shuitdown.

Then re-boot...do it again (holding both volume buttons down), and again and again till the screen comes back to life....it can take up to 50 tries or more.

Ouch. If you get it going again turn off automatic OS download and installs.
