I recently had a GSM unlocked Z10 phone that I took over to ATT. I cracked the screen and had to send it in for repairs. The insurance company sent me a new phone but it is network locked to ATT. They will not unlock the phone because I switched services to a different carrier. They will not send me an unlock code at all. What do I do, can anyone help? I also took the phone to a cell phone store that kept it for 5 days and kept telling me that they were waiting on a code to come back before they could unlock it.

If it's an AT&T branded phone, they (AT&T) are supposed to unlock it whether or not you're a current customer or not.

Here are the requirements, if you meet them they will entertain your unlock request: att.com/deviceunlock/ . You can also submit an unlock request through this webpage.
