    I don't believe you can but you can call your provider and tell them it was stolen, and they will black list your phone.

    Did you try BlackBerry Protect, or did the thief change the BlackBerry ID on the device already?

    I'm guessing the thief is still using the same BBID, if they're using the OP's PIN.

    BB Protect is the way to go, if you bothered installing it and gave it the location permission it asks for. If so, you can log in with your BBID and track it here: https://blackberryid.blackberry.com/...&locale=ZW4%3D
