    So please don't get upset at me for asking this as I have looked on the forums but couldn't find anything.

    I am new to BlackBerry, bought a Z10, T-Mobile branded. I am in an LTE area but I am not sure if I am connected to it or not. The phone says 4g at the top but I am not sure if that is HPSA+ or if it's actually 4G LTE.

    Any help would be appreciated. If it's not on 4G LTE can anyone tell me how to get it on LTE?

    It will say 4GLTE. When you are on LTE. Tmobile doesn't have LTE everywhere. I can't help you much there.
