    I'm guessing the website you are browsing is using Flash based media to preview the ring tones?
    If so, Flash was removed from BB10 awhile back, as the mobile version is no longer supported or updated by Adobe for over three years now and is exploitable.
    There are work a rounds, such as Zeus Browser:

    Or install any of the Android browsers that still have Flash, mentioned here:
