    It only shows a blank screen when i go on to the PC screen of my files. I have Macafee and fixed the settings that were in another forum, but i still do not get the remote access. Please help.

    Are you trying to do while connected to wifi or over mobile network? If from mobile network then you need to turn the option on from the phone.
