I have a Playbook on which the print to go worked fine; I got a Z30: since I try to hook both to print to go, it doesn't print on either the playbook or the z 30.Suggestion?

There have been a whole lot of problems with PTG lately. If you have Windows7, one of their security updates about a month ago disabled PTG. The only way to get it resolved is to delete the security update. Also, if you do delete it, and don't also change your computer update settings to notify you of updates and then hide that particular update, it automatically installs the update again the next day and then PTG stops working again. Phew! I hope you understood that. There's also problems with PTG on Windows 8.1, from what I've read in different threads around here.
