    Phone was working very good and after a factory wipe phone worked good for a few days and it refuse to load up and it has been stuck on the blackberry logo screen for days now. Used autoloader sachesi and reset by pulling battery out of phone...need my phone badly

    i encountered the same problem someday with my z10 too...all i did was download an autoloader and used it to solve that problem .....May be this link can help http://forums.crackberry.com/bb10-le...per-os-964693/
