    I have tried the battery pop out reboot whilst the phone was on and also tried whilst off. I have tried sliding two fingers upward towards the centre and downwards but nothing seems to work. I have tapped on the area where i am supposed to enter the password but this doesn't bring up the keyboard! HELP HELP HELP
