    anyone with z10 experienced that after update, it would not restart, the red diode just flashes 3-5 times again and again.. i was yesterday(18 hours) since it worked just fine, I already removed battery. I had the BB since October 2013, with out any problems

    You might have to try using an auto loader to get it back,
    Have a look here to see if your comfortable with it.
