[CrackBerry Question]

I'm not a techie but I love my BB Z10. Never had a problem with OS updates till this latest one. Lost count of how many times I rebooted my phone.
Here are the issues I've been having:

1. Keys get stuck. Most notably, the keys on the right side, P, L and the backup/reverse key.
2. When a text comes in and I select the new message to read, the screen is blank for about 3-5 seconds before the message is displayed.
3. Texts take about 3 seconds to send.
4. Often the text disappears after I press Send and go nowhere.
5. Sometimes after I press Send, I get a message that says "Failed to save message"
6. The up-swipe motion magnifies the screen after every unlock.
7. The Answer Call button does not work smoothly.

I had problems 2,3,4,5, and i reloaded the OS and it works perfectly now, even faster than before. In the last couple days, the texting started slowing down. so i simply deleted all of my conversations and it works fine again. So i would try and delete a bunch of stuff and if that doesnt work, reload the OS
