You can't
BlackBerry discontinued their BB10 Facebook app and replaced it with a web browser interface for the mobile Facebook site. If you want to use the original again you would have to restore it from a previous backup using Link.
Somebody who uses it can let you know for sure, but I seem to remember the 10.3.3 update removing the app so you should restore it after installing 10.3.3
You could try Colbalt's method for installing the playstore and patching Android apps but there are no guarantees that Facebook will work, or work well.
You can, and it works like it used to do. You need to find the old Facebook .bar file (Google for it) and install it with that PlayBook Chrome extension.
As mentioned, it appears that the "app" on BBW provides just a web front-end view:
