[CrackBerry Question]

Camera on new Q5 worked well for first month or so and then got message that Camera could not be started. May be fault of downloading updated operating system? How do I get camera working again? Have tried a complete factory refresh.....

If a factory reset (or security wipe, as it's named) is conducted and problem still there, it must be something wrong with the hardware. Please contact where you bought that phone and demand an answer or a refund/warranty
