    BlackBerry link doesn't recognize my device(z3),
    Device cannot connect to BlackBerry link thorough wifi and usb also?

    Have you rebooted the BB and the computer? Have you tried changing cords? Have you tried a different port? If you are using the ports in the front of the PC try switch to the back, or vice versa.

    It was working good untill I shifted to 10.3
    Yes I hv tried diff ports diff usb also
    Msg shows that device can't communicate with BlackBerry link

    It happened to me last week when I tried to backup my Z10 after I updated my Z10 from 10.2 to 10.3. I had to factory reset the phone and after that, the phone was recognized by BB link again. Also after the update, my SD card could not be read by Z10 but it could be read by using computer.

    Try uninstalling the device driver for your BlackBerry. Then connect the phone and let it install. That's how it worked for me

    Which version of 10.3.1 are you on? A friend of mine is on .2708 and has the same issue. I am on .2726 and don't have that issue. She is going to update sometime today to see if she can connect.

    Depends on what you want to backup. I use backup pro but it's a paid app. It doesn't backup settings etc. though.
