    how i can get my blackberry enterprise account ..?
    First you need to already have a Windows Server enivronment running SBS 2011 or Windows Server/Exchange Server. Then you need to either apply for the BES Express (if you are not using a BB10 device) or BES 10 trail from BlackBerry.

    Second you need to call your carrier and ask them to put you on a BES plan or non-BB10 devices.

    You also need to be trained in Microsoft Server products, though you don't need BES training though it would be recommend you buy TSupport.

    I bet the op bought a pre os 10 device and has no BIS plan and only sees enterprise activation in the email setup.
