    There is no undelete features in BlackBerry 10.

    Unless you have a backup of your phone or perhaps a text message, you will have to contact him by other means or wait for him to call.

    It usually automatically saves it to a email account so it might still be there if you're lucky

    If you did a back up recently you might be able to restore it from there

    Point being: If the device syncs with the contacts in the mailbox any delete operation is also synchronized.

    If retention or restore on the contacts is an option this would be the only option.

    Not necessarily though. It depends on his/her settings and how the contact was deleted. I get what you're saying, but it's definitely worth logging into their email and checking their contacts.

    I wasn't trying to be snide, by the way... I re-read what I wrote and it sounded kinda douschey, haha
