[CrackBerry Question]

I have a BB Q10 and have been a BB user since the beginning of time. This is the 1st time I've ever encountered a signal issue. My phone recently started going from great service to no service and searching for network and will do so all with in a minute. Calls just started geting dropped if I can even receive the call or make the call out. Texts seem to come in and go out pretty quick.

Any suggestions? Does anybody know what parts to order or antenna piece to change? Thanks - Ben

Have you noticed this issue with a new OS update? Have you added any apps or a new OS recently?

I havent updated anything, I am currently running the 10.2 O.S. and its been a long time since I added any apps to my phone. Maybe 3 months or so?

Are there other around you on the same carrier as you? If so, are they also experiencing similar network issues?

Have you tried your SIM card in another phone?

Both my girlfriend and roomate have verizon and they dont have any issues. I went into verizon the other day and got a new sim card and the same issues are occurring but for some reason today the signal seems to be less frequent in and out but still drops calls. Mind you I am in a major city Sacramento.

Have you tried restarting your phone? Going into Settings>Network and Connections>Mobile Network and toggling the first two options (Mobile Network and Data Services) on and off?

Lol yes, I have tried all the common issues to fix it. So, does anyone know which part is the actual antenna so I can replace it? Thanks
