    Two options:

    1. You would need to get the .cod files for the apps you want, and then install them through a computer program called BBSAK.
    2. You would need to find over the air (OTA) downloadable copies of the apps (the file format is .jad)

    You would have to do a Google search to see if you can find the .cod or .jad files for the apps. When I had a 9780, that was how I located some apps or themes.

    In case the apps you need are BB apps: RROYY - APPLICATIONS (download the ones that say OS6.)

    Since we are all friends here, I feel I can reveal that I had a bad theme addiction when I used my 9780, so much that I would use BBSAK to make backups of all my themes, so I could add or remove them in a snap.

    Once you get the hang of BBSAK, it will be pure excitement to find and try new themes. You can get some nice free themes on MyBBOTA.
