You did do a backup BEFORE you did the update, correct? If not, then I think the only way is a security wipe.
Backup and copy all your music/vids/docs etc. to your pc before you do the sec.wipe and it should put you back where you were before the update.
I never automatically do OS updates, I wait, watch, and read here in the forums before I do it, to see if there are major issues that might make me decide to "wait"....
Why would you downgrade it ? Can you please tell me so i know for sure if i should update mine or not
So instead of a 10 second google search, you decide to post here and wait for the answer?

Its easy to downgrade. Just get your blackberry link to work with your phone and go to back up and restore...click the Factroy reset button and that will take you back to 10.2...if you have a back up you did before the 10.3.1 update then once you have 10.2 installed....then do your back up. If you do your back up before this then you will still have 10.3.1 on the phone and just your applications and icons, and texts etc from 10.2.
I had done all kinds of reading from so many sources that gave all these complicated steps, so I called up Blackberry told them I updated and wasnt happy and f there was a way to go back with out a back...and he quickly helped me with the steps I just shared. Very easy to go back
TO answer questions of why I wanted to go back. For me number one was the notification volume was terribly low....like half sound but up all the way. Number two I like Tmobiles wifi calling which isnt in any leak at this time. But the biggest issue was the notification volume....Now I did try using AUdacity which is free to up the volume of my tones which worked...but there are so many built into the phone I could not get to in making louder.
I also didnt like how small the text window was to type in on my Q10, its like half the width. SO that definately should have got worked out before. On a touch screen going sideways its no big deal. But when you have limited re estate thats not good...However I do like my Q10, and I did like many feature.
Im not sure if it was just me or not but when I went back to 10.2 the new siri like voice thing was still on...which was cool to me..:)
