    Currently running OS 3.3.1435
    Ting doesn't support Wifi-Calling for PP. Whenever I have incoming/outbound call it switches to Wifi-Calling and I can't hear people say and they can't hear me as well.

    I don't think this is correct.

    OP, you need the wi-fi calling app. It allows you to toggle it ON or OFF.

    It's in BlackBerry World. Trying to find it for you.

    Got the app and it works!! Thanks a lot
    On a side note, my old q5 surfers the same problem but I can't download it from bb world, do you have an external link?

    Sorry, that's the only link I know of.

    You might ask someone to extract the file for you and then load it onto your Q5 with sachesi.

    Thanks for sharing. . I've just set up my wi-fi using this article 192.168.1.1. You can also try to look for the solution there. Plus, that service is very simple in use. Take care
