I've been given a discarded Blackberry Bold - I'd like to know how to delete all the previous owner's contacts, data and photographs. Is there a simple means of restoring the phone to factory settings? I've learned how to delete items one by one but I'm sure there's a way of doing it all in one go.

    There is.

Options > Security > Security Options > Factory Reset/Security Wipe (either one, been a while).

This is the preferred method anyway when getting a 2nd hand device of any sort.
