I've maxed out at 20 messages and I'd like to preserve them to my computer (Surface).
That would depend in part on what OS your device uses. You may be able to playback your voice mails and record then with a voice recorder app or you could use the headphone jack to record them on your Surface with a sound app like the free Audacity.
