    i own a blackberry bold 9700 version of 4.0 . the problem i face is that when i connect my berry with wifi , my phone shows me that its connected on the homescreen. all clear but when i went to browser to use internet it gives error as " UNCAUGHT EXCEPTION: SHARED WEBKIT INSTACE UNAVAILABLE: NULL". now please let me know what i have to do with my berry to avail the facility of wifi. please tell me

    Make sure you are at your carriers location, as in not roaming or outside of the coverage area, then try the step on post #2 here:
