How do I complete the setup on my Z10?

On blackberry link I keep getting the same message "Please complete the setup process on your device. Connect to a network and open the setup app. I have a sim card inserted and its activated. I also have wifi working. I have set up email / bbid / bbm / I can send and receive emails etc. I want to use blackberry link to get my contacts off my 9900

You need to disconnect the BlackBerry from the PC, and make sure you've gone through the entire setup wizard. Double check you are logged into the same BBID on the phone as in link. If all the above has been done, try restarting the phone and then checking the above again. Then plug it back in.
