I have recently switched to a Q10 and really enjoying the handset and the BB10.3 OS, I have installed snap and the applications run really well.

I have one question, how do I close the app fully when I'm finished with it. for example, if I swipe up and close the app with the little cross in the bottom right corner, it doesn't appear to close.

    Am I missing something?

Many thanks for any help or suggestions

In the newest leak of 10.3.1 you can select which app you want to deny running in the background, but that option is not yet available in 10.3.

You mean you still have an active frame when clicking the x? You tried a couple times? Maybe didn't hit it head on? Which apps are doing this? I can close all of mine without having any active frames open. However that doesn't stop them from running in the background where you can't see them.
