    Out of the blue my WiFi Bluetooth and radio stopped working at all. I've tried reboots and restores to no avail, seems to be a hardware issue. I bought the phone from staples Canada just a few months ago. How do I go about claiming the warranty? Who do I contact?

    Per the Warranty Agreement on the BlackBerry website you have to contact some company called RIM for service.

    The process is suppose to be you contact the seller and they are suppose to provide support, if they can't they will escalate the support to BlackBerry. But many have had problems with some resellers as this process was really setup with carriers in mind and resellers like Staples don't have a clue.

    So go to Staples first and see what they'll do.
