You start by changing that profile picture. Next, go to Settings, Notifications. You can change Ringtone and also can change all tones for each profile and even create a custom profile where you can change tones for all apps.

Lol my bad

Ive already changed the notification settings for all my apps but i dont know how to change it for the notifications with the bell symbol

Is it apps with the bell symbol? You can also get to that from where my last post said. After the main apps like Text, Phone, emails, Facebook, etc, underneath those it says Other Applications

For something like that, updates you could try to change the BlackBerry World notification or the specific app. I'm not sure if either of them will do the trick but I know the "essential" tone they are set at default is the one you wish to change.
