    Sorry about the loss of your phone. If you enabled BBRY Protect, log in to the website with your BlackBerry id and you will see the options available to you.

    I'm sorry to hear about your stolen phone. My 9900 was stolen as well in the recent past. By now you may have resolved any issues regarding your stolen phone. I had called Rogers. I asked them to disconnect service to the phone and they also did something that they say renders my phone useless to anyone. Did you have Blackberry Protect activated? The only thing with Blackberry Protect is that if the 'thief' removes the SIM card, Blackberry Protect will not be able to access your phone. In case you are wondering which phone to get, I'd look at the Leap. I'm pleased with mine.
